General Delivery Policies:

• We deliver only in Philippines.
• We deliver same day for Metro Manila areas(Cut Off Time 10 AM(PH)).
• We deliver next day for Provincial Areas (Cut Off Time 12 PM(PH)).
• Picture of the item may vary from the actual delivery.
• Christmas/Valentine's/Mother's Day/Father's Day we can't commit on any time request but we promise to deliver it within the day.
• Changes in delivery address,message on card,time request or other request must be e-mailed to customerservice@63gifts.com at least four days before date of delivery.
• You must provide a complete and correct address of your recipient and make sure he or she avilable during the delivery of the items.
• A $10 re-delivery charge will be applied for those incomplete, incorrect address and unavailable recipient.
• If item is not available we will email the sender and wait for the response before we process the order but if it is already date of delivery we will try to contact the customer and if we were not able to talk we will contact the recipient to decide for the replacement of the item.
• Read carefully the description of the item because some items has a lead time that we will strictly follow.
• Order that has discrepancies can not be process immediately and customer will be required to submit further documents.

Metro Manila Delivery Policies:

• For Same Day Delivery in all Metro Manila Areas only place your order before 10AM (PH) .
• For Metro Manila areas there is a P600 delivery charge.
• If order is placed beyond cut off time it will arrive on the following day.
• We can deliver on a specific time if you place your order one week before date of delivery and send us email at customerservice@63gifts.com

Provincial Delivery Policies:

• For Luzon areas there is a P800 delivery charge.
• For Visayas/Mindanao areas there is a P1,000 delivery charge.
• We can not deliver these items to Provincial Areas
  Cakes| Balloons | Food | Tulips | Sunflowers
• We can consider food and cakes delivery to near town provinces if your order amount is $100 and above kindly email us first the complete address before you order.
• Next Day Delivery for Provincial Areas if order is placed before 12PM(Philippines).
• If order is placed beyond cut off time it will take two days to arrive.
• Flowers/Roses in Vase arrangements for Provincial Delivery will have additional charge for the vase but the vase will be wrapped separately and flower/rose arrangement will be in bouquet and put in box.
• Flowers/Roses in Basket arrangements for Provincial Delivery will be replaced by vase and there is additional charge for the vase but the vase will be wrapped separately and flower/rose arrangement will be in bouquet and put in box.
• Flowers/Roses with fruits arrangements for Provincial Delivery will have an additional charge and the fruits will be arrange in a box separately from the flowers/rose then the flowers/roses will be arrange in bouquet and put in another box.
• Bouquet Arrangements will be put in box for provincial delivery.
• We can not accept time request for Provincial Delivery.
• If Door to Door Delivery Service is not available we will notify the sender and recipient before we process the order.

Funeral Delivery Policies:

• We prioritized Funeral Delivery.
• Please provide us the complete address of the funeral home including the room number.
• Flowers under Sympathy and Funeral Category can be delivered in Metro Manila Areas only.
• There are only specific provincial areas that we can deliver the funeral arrangement.We advice to call or email us first before you placed your order.
• We advice to send funeral flowers at least one day before the burial to avoid conflict with traditional beliefs.

Hospitals and Schools Delivery Policies:

• For Hospital Delivery kindly provide us the exact room number and department of the recipient and make sure that the
  recipient is still admitted.
• For School Delivery kindly specify what is the department or room number of the recipient and please note if the recipient is a faculty
  member or a student and inform us the availbale time we can deliver your order.
